Using the Delivering High Quality Services Toolkit
In the Home Page:
- Click one of the Key Principle buttons on the left to go to the list
of factors for that Key Principle.
In an Key Principle Page:
- You see a list of related factors and ways of telling that the
factor has been addressed ("Signs of Success")
- Click the text of a factor to go to a page of questions for
the factor
- To look at another Key Principle, click on that principle in the
left-hand menu
In a Factor Page:
- You see a list of questions to help you assess how far a
department has addressed the factor
- Click on "Cases" to go to a list of exemplifying cases
relevant to the corresponding question
- Click on "Guidance" to go to a list of guidance relevant to
the corresponding question
- To return to the list of factors use the breadcrumb trail at
the top of the screen
- To go to another Key Principle, click on that Key Principle in the left-hand
menu
In a Guidance or Cases Page:
- To return to the list of questions, or list of factors, use
the breadcrumb trail at the top of the screen
- To go to another Key Principle, click on that Key Principle in the left-hand
menu
