Stage 2 - Considering Resource Options

This stage looks at the options that have been considered to fill the resource gap, particularly the use of internal staff

Consider the statements below and reflect on their relevance to the work under review. For each statement click a button to select the option which most accurately describes the situation in the organisation or project under review (if you have used the toolkit before, your answers may have been remembered).

Once responses are submitted the toolkit highlights the range of issues that should be addressed, provides guidance on how to improve value for money in these areas and illustrates what good practice can look like at each individual stage – often illustrated by case examples.
