UK National Audit Office - Diversity
Two Ticks Symbol
The NAO is a member of the Two Ticks Disability Scheme that is awarded by the Employment Service. As users of the disability symbol, we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria of the vacancy grade. The general level of competence is set out in the person specification of each individual vacancy notice.
The Disability Discrimination Act, 1995 defines a disabled person as someone who has a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and adverse long-term effect on his or her ability to carry out normal day-to day activities.
To apply under this scheme please complete Question 4 of the Equal Opportunities and Diversity Monitoring form and return it with your application.
If you need any adjustments for your assessment please let us know. We will try to accommodate these to ensure that you can compete on equal terms with non-disabled people.
Any false declaration of disability to obtain an interview will result in the invalidation of any offer made.
Please return your completed form with your application to: vacancies@nao.gsi.gov.uk
